Upsetting! Disappointing! Customer service 0/10! Phone operator was not helpful and very rude. The phone assistant was quick to say "we are booked for the week" before listening to my concerns. When we asked about past service provided at our company, she did not want to explain the service provided. The phone operator was very defensive and was not well informed about this company services. The operator made the experience very upsetting, definitely sounded like she did not want any more customer to book for service. Will not consider this company for future services.

Kim’s plumbing was great. We had an issue at our home. Called Kim’s plumbing and Kim had us scheduled right away. (Not often you get the owner actually speaking with their clients) Miguel came out and was extremely professional and got the job done quickly & efficiently. Pricing was very fair. I hope to not have to call for a plumber again anytime soon.. but if I need to, Kim’s Plumbing it is!

Simply the best. Miguel meticulously installed a new water heater and a circulation pump. I am extremely pleased with the install. Also, Kim’s Plumbing has great prices for the quality work they do. Top notch.

I wish there were more options to press for awesomeness because this company is so on point with their customer service and the quality of work! Kimberly was kind and patient with all my questions and Miguel who installed our water heater was the best! I will use them for everything going forward.

Called Kim’s plumbing in the morning and received very prompt same day service. Plumbers Miguel and Vince cleared out our stopped line from the toilet and shower via the clean-out. They arrived on time as scheduled and worked professionally and quickly. Thank you for a job well done!
