Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

I would highly recommend Lee’s Plumbing and Air. I had a serious job that needed done and the guys who came were excellent. They got the job done one schedule and left the site clean and in order. Andy, the crew manager, made everything run smoothly and kept me apprised of what was being done and how long it would take. The job took several days and he made sure I knew when they were coming back and how long they would be there. Great job guys!

My address was serviced for the $99 AC Summer Tune Up Special. Lee's initially reached out to me via text message, but there were a few hours of delayed messaging where I would respond immediately, and they would take over an hour to answer back. This is what dropped my review from 5 stars. I gave up and just called the main office and got everything handled quickly over the phone for scheduling. The person on the phone was very professional and courteous and apologized for the delayed texts. The tech who responded out was Omar (fantastic service), and I greatly appreciated the call ahead. He was able to finish he prior appointment early and called me to ask if he could help me an hour before my appointment. I loved this because I've had other home services just show up outside of their window time with no notice and cancel because I wasn't available outside of the service window. Omar was very personable and put on booties before coming into the home and answered any questions I had about filters and the noises I was hearing from the unit. He showed me photos from his inspection and patiently explained them when I asked for more details. Photos were also emailed with my invoice. He let me know that the refrigerant my unit uses (R-410A) is being phased out and will be illegal in California in the next few years and provided places for me to look for more info. I would gladly use them again since they were far more reliable than the tune-up people my home warranty sent through our warranty plan. He was in and out in about an hour and had excellent communication skills.

We made a Saturday evening call regarding an underground water service pipe that broke at our church. Lee's was amazing in their response to identify the issue and help us detect the leak, break down concrete and asphalt, and fix this leak that was affecting not just our church but 5 of our neighboring houses. Major appreciation to Dustin for his hard work!

Hands down amazing company! We called late Monday evening and was able to have someone come the next day. We have two AC units at our home and they were able to service both! We had Jose come out and he was awesome! He was kind and polite and definitely knew his stuff! He spoke to us like people not like he was trying to sell us anything but his honest opinion. I never felt pressured to purchase anything or embarrassed if I didn’t know what he explained it all so well. Will definitely be purchasing the membership to have our AC service 2 times a year and will contact them for any plumbing problems as well! Thanks Lee’s and Jose!

A/C stopped cooling during 105 temp day. Lee’s responded promptly and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem. Rep Amanda did a great job and explaining what was the issue, providing detailed options in how to resolve the issue. A few minutes later the parts were replace and my house went from 89 degrees back to a comfortable 75. Due to her great customer service I will be signing up for Lee’s service plan which included AC, Heating and Plumbing for a very reasonable price.
