My shower sprang a leak and we needed to have a valve replaced. Bob was extremely knowledgeable about how to fix the leak. He was very friendly and professional and was able to get the leak fixed quickly without breaking the bank. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed in this work, labor was $165 per hour for a faucet that is loose and a water filter that is poorly sealed and leaking everywhere. Bob and his son were both rude, and I was overcharged. I have to have someone else come fix this disaster, I paid him $1000 cash and he couldn’t get it right. Now I’m dealing with water damage that will cost a lot more than that. Worst deal of my life and now you are threatening me with defamation for telling the truth? Is that how you got your other good reviews? I’ve got pictures and video of everything. If you wanna take it there we can take it there. It was 2.25 hours labor. It’s on your bill of sale I’m sure you have a copy of. How dare you insult me and my family in my home I should sue you for taking advantage of me and then threatening me. I’m sure you’re able to bully a lot of other people in your life but it’s not gonna work on me.👍 if you’re a part of bob’s “cult following” then you should definitely always call him for work, but if you’re not then know that you’re gonna get ripped off 👍

Bob has been a lifesaver! I’ve used him several times at my house and my rentals this year and he always gets the job done. He also communicates really well and is very easy to work with. I’d recommend him to anyone!
