One of the best experience I have experienced with a company. Kaleb wasn’t feeling good and still came out to plunge my toilet. He was quick, very professional and understanding. He even worked me with so that way I was able to get the service done that day. Highly recommend!

I scheduled with Kaleb's Kustom Plumbing to change the diverter and hardware on my shower. Mitchell and Dustin came on-time and did a great job! They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Trustworthy, nice guys as well! The communication with Kaleb went well and the guys did everything they said they would do (and more) with no surprises.

Kaleb and his team were punctual. Assessed what needed to be done and took care of the problem. Also took time to explain what he was doing. He took the time to check for additional leaks. I am confident with his work.

Our upstairs tub was leaking water behind the wall and down onto our kitchen ceiling. Mitch and James arrived within the scheduled time window, took the time to listen as I explained the issue and some troubleshooting I had already done, then stayed until almost 7pm to complete the necessary work. The cost wasn't unreasonable for time they put in and I feel confident that they fixed the problem and didn't do anything that wasn't necessary. I'd call on KKP again.
