KA plumbing installed my evaporative cooler. John and his team did excellent job. They don’t only finish the job in a timely manner but also they are very professional. Very meticulously and perfectly. I am amazed that they responded so quickly. I absolutely recommend them for anyone needs. Many thanks to you John and your team, absolutely amazing.

We recently hired KA Plumbing for both plumbing and electrical work at our home in Santa Fe, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner, with great attention to detail. What impressed us most was their follow-through. After the initial job was completed, we had a few additional needs come up unexpectedly. KA Plumbing didn’t hesitate they came back promptly and took care of everything without delay. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both excellent workmanship and such a strong commitment to customer service. KA Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling were excellent, did an amazing job, and charged an extremely reasonable price isolating and repairing our AC system! Awesome Experience! John (owner) & Tony (technician) did an outstanding job troubleshooting our Central Air issue (where the house fan stopped working while the AC unit initially kept running). They isolated it within 15 minutes to a bad control board and house fan capacitor. John indicated he'd provide a "free" estimate shortly (which he did with no upfront cost) and that it was my choice whether or not I decided to use them. John provided me with a reasonable estimate and informed me the control board was obsolete; but if I could get the control board, he'd do it for half the price he quoted. He also mentioned that he doesn't replace anything that's still functioning well even if it's old (our AC unit is 22 years old); he recommended to install a hard start kit since it was pretty loud (working hard) to hopefully get a couple more years out of it. They fixed it for an extremely reasonable price! They replaced the control board, added a hard start kit, installed a new fan capacitor, and helped me put in a new thermostat! I definitely recommend them!!!

John and Brody are the real deal; professional, straightforward, and refreshingly honest. They take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done, they’re totally transparent about pricing, and there’s no runaround or upselling. Just solid, reliable work from genuinely good people. What really sets them apart is how approachable and fair they are. They don’t even charge to come out and provide an estimate-a rare find these days. And when they say they’ll be there, they show up. On time. Every time. They’ve helped me with plumbing, electrical and heating and each time, the work has been top-notch. Do yourself a favor and skip the other companies in town. Call KA. The customer service we received was exceptional! We truly appreciate everything KA Plumbing did. Even after our A/C was back up and running, John checked in a few more times to make sure all was good! We have and will continue to recommend KAPlumbing!!
