We had Jose from Just Right show up with only 3 hours notice to analyze and diagnose a poorly performing AC. He was super friendly, professional, straightforward and articulately answered our myriad of questions not only about our current system but future replacement options as well. He took his time with us, documented all his findings with photographs/instrument readings and clearly explained everything to us. He provided us with a range of options for repair and set us up to meet with a colleague for a full-house analysis on recommendations for a system upgrade. Jose is one of the best technicians I've ever worked with!
