Just Right Plumbing

The drain in our basement tub was clogged so I had Just Right out to look at it and it turned out that the renters had somehow already fixed the drain issue. The plumber called me and explained that the water was draining pretty quickly and couldn't see anything wrong with the tub, I wasn't there so I had no idea that the tub was already cleared, he did tell me that he could snake it but that it wouldn't do much good because it was already draining properly. I was happy to hear that the issue was resolved and that he didn't snake a drain that didn't even need it. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that he couldn't find any issue with the drain instead of snaking it and charging me for something that didn't need to be done, which has happened before. When I told the renters that the issue should be fixed they went on to tell me that when you run the shower, the water comes out of the shower head and the tub spout at the same time, this is a new issue that has developed since the plumber was there, so I will be calling Just Right to come take a look at that issue as well because this is a company that hires technicians I know I can trust!! Thanks Just Right for being one of the last few companies that operates with integrity and honesty for their customers!!

We recently bought a home in Eagle Mountain and Just Right offered a free home plumbing inspection. Jordan and Josiah came out and did a fantastic job ... they found a few things our inspection missed and provided 3 quotes to fix our expandable water heater tank / plumb the house with a separate loop for water softener, and a quote to install a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. Overall very impressed with whole process.
