JP Plumbery

We just finished a complete main line replacement of a house built during 1945 in the university area, and we chose JP Plumbery after getting three estimates. Not only did they come in with the best price, but they also had the best solutions to our issues with repiping the home after an addition was done in the 1970’s. Javier and Phillip were exceptionally professional and experienced-we were impressed with their efficiency and are grateful to the crew that they managed. They made it a pleasure to get this project done!

I selected JP Plummery to upgrade my swamp cooler to central AC and install a new furnace, and I’m very happy with my choice. I received 5 different quotes from other suppliers, but decided to go with them after carefully considering my options. (1) I performed a heat/cooling load calculation on my home and they were the only ones that recommend the appropriate size. Everyone else sized or higher and used brands I didn’t prefer.(2) During the home evaluation, I was told that I’d have to wait about a month. I figured if they were backed up in scheduling it’s because they are in high demand, and that’s a sign of a good reputation. (3) I checked the better business bureau, and they weren’t listed. One of the other companies that gave me a quote was. When you are spending a pretty penny for this kind of upgrade reputation matters! Last week, the central AC system and two-stage furnace was installed. I was not only pleased with the quality of the work, but the attentiveness of the technicians. Manny and Dylan answered all of my questions, and were very through in addressing all concerns I had. After they completed the install I felt reassured by the quality of their work that I chose the right company. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

UPDATE 2: Signature apparently bought JP Plumbery. They came and fixed the leak, a part broke in the new water heater. So they replaced at no charge. I only wish JP Plumbery had told customers of the change to Signature. UPDATE: Brand new water heater JP Plumbery put in just started leaking heavily 3/28/25. Put in a call to them, and apparently they are Signature Heating and Cooling now...? Our 12 year old water heater started acting up. JPP first fixed a minor leak, but a week after, it started failing. JPP installed a new water heater at around $2500. It was higher than I thought it would be, given that the ones at Lowes are $500-800. But they got it done in a few hours, reconfigured some pipes and installed a couple new valves and an expansion tank. The amount of problem solving on the fly that Ben had to do, given the old setup and cramped space was incredible. Absolute respect for his expertise. He didn't even get visibly annoyed when I asked (probably) dumb questions. He cleaned the workspace afterward and hauled away the random garbage (packaging, plastic, etc.) as well as the old water heater. The only advice I'd give, is if you think your water heater's done, and you're ready to spend on a replacement, just do that instead of wasting time and money on a service visit to fix a little leak like I did. Ben was totally professional, good attitude/demeanor. I introduced him to my neighbor who was walking by and recommended JPP all the way.

Mario came over and did a fantastic job replacing stems seats and installed new chrome trim kit for our bathroom shower tub. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommend!

Ben from JP Plumbery showed up at the scheduled and promptly installed our new hot water heater. He was professional and competent, completing the installation as specified in the estimate proposal. Ben cleaned the worksite, hauled away the old heater, and reviewed the installation with us. We could not have ask for a better effort. I would highly recommend JP Plumbery and Benjamin!
