Until the service call last week, I heartily recommended this company. I can no longer be a supporter. The tech was nice, but came without the necessary adapter to check the refrigerant level in my two compressors. He used my hose, but broke off the water flow meter attached to it - and did not tell me. When presented with the bill, my charge was twice as much as last year so I paid $332 for a one hour service call, which is about double what I paid last year!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction to the tech. I have yet to hear back from the company. Life must be bounteous at Joseph Frederick and they obviously do not need my business. So, they will not and I surely will not recommend them.

I have been a customer for 18 years and they are a stand up company with the nicest employees. From hvac to plumbing (Gabriel is fantastic and so genuinely nice). Today was a new water heater and I am happy to say I will continue to be loyal to this company!!. Thanks so much Gabe!! You are awesome!

Tim and Anthony took care of my humidifier issue by turning off the water and installing a new shut off valve. Tim explained the problem with the solenoid on the humidifier and how to replace it. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I will request him for the next service.

Great service. I highly recommend this company. We had a water leak issue in the water meter pit. I contacted several chain companies for plumbing service. I got quotes that blew my mind. I spoke to my neighbor and he recommended Joseph Frederick and sons plumbing service. I contacted them and the crew showed up in 30 mins. The Service professionals are friendly, polite and honest. They diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired the pipes in an hour. We thought it was a miracle because the companies I contacted before were incompetent and inconsiderate of my family’s plight with lack of water. F&S understood our struggles and restored the water supply in my house within an hour.
