Outstanding Service! I can't say enough great things about this plumbing company and highly recommend them. I've called them several times when our family's older home had issues with clogged drains and leaky pipes. From the first phone call, everyone was friendly and helpful. Landon and Nolan, the plumbers who came out, really knew their stuff and explained everything in a way that made sense. They never tried to sell me things I didn't need, and always made sure I understood my options so I could make the best choice for my home. What I appreciated most is that they took the time to look at how my house is set up and gave me advice that worked for my situation, not just a one-size-fits-all solution. Living in Arizona, with our hot weather, it’s good to have plumbers who understand the unique needs of homes here. If you have any plumbing or water heater problems, I can’t imagine anyone else doing a better job. They’re quick, professional, and the prices are fair. Five stars, hands down! If I could give even more, I would. Definitely keep their number handy for any plumbing needs!

We had a fantastic experience with Johnson Family Plumber & HVAC. Earl and his team showed up right on time and took care of our clogged shower drain quickly. Earl explained what he was doing as he worked, which really helped us understand the whole process. One thing I really appreciated was that they put on shoe covers every time they came inside, without us even having to ask. Our floors stayed spotless, and they even cleaned up the shower area after finishing the job. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and we felt the price for the service was very reasonable. We’ll definitely reach out again whenever we need plumbing help in Scottsdale.

I bought a new washing machine, but when it arrived, the delivery crew couldn't hook it up because the water connections were too rusted. I called Johnson Family Plumber & HVAC, and Landon was able to come out the same day to replace the old pipes and get everything working. While he was here, he also noticed a small leak on my water heater and fixed that too, all for a fair price. I really liked how professional and honest he was. He fixed both problems quickly and saved me from bigger plumbing issues later. I'll definitely call them again if I need a plumber in Scottsdale.

We can't say enough good things about Earl from Johnson Family Plumber & HVAC. Earl was very quick to respond and paid close attention to what we needed. He’s a real professional—he’s come out several times to fix our plumbing problems and even installed a new tankless water heater for us. Earl really takes pride in his work and always checks in to make sure everything is working well and that we’re happy with the new system. He even took time out of his own personal schedule to make sure our family’s plumbing was taken care of. We really appreciate the excellent service and care we’ve received.

I was hesitant to call a plumber, but I’m really glad I did. The team came out and replaced an old, leaky faucet in my basement bar that had been wasting a lot of water. After the installation, there was a minor drip, but Earl came back quickly and took care of it. Since then, everything has worked great, and I appreciate how they stood by their work and made sure the repair was done right. The leak did end up getting some of my electronics wet, but thankfully nothing important was ruined, and my mini fridge still kept things cool. Overall, I’m happy with the service. The plumbers were friendly and professional. I’d just like to hear back from them about a couple small items that were affected, like my power strip and fan. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend them if you need help with plumbing repairs, especially in the Arizona heat where working pipes are a must.
