John's Plumbing Heating and Cooling

I live out of town and John's was recommended to me by a realtor friend. They were prompt, used the door code provided, contacted me with repair options, and completed the repair at a fraction of the cost I expected. The service tech and office staff were kind and accommodating at the time and a week later when I reached out for additional information to complete an insurance claim related to the leak they repaired. I wholeheartedly recommend John's for your plumbing needs.

This was our second time using John's Plumbing. Had a great experience both times. Called Monday morning and they came out Monday around noon. Fixed the problem in no time. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Hard to believe they actually care about quality service when they constantly park in handicapped and fire lanes at the Panera in Vestavia, blocking traffic and causing multiple complaints almost daily from our customers.

I would like to thank the two younger men who worked hard to get our sink drain unstopped and John's plumbing for having such good people. I'm 68 thanks.

I was having problems with my sink and washing machine drains backing up. I called John's plumbing on the recommendation of several friends. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The plumber came and cleaned out the drains; however, within less than two weeks, they were backing up again. I called the office and the same plumber came. He said that the problem was that the pipes were old. He went into the crawl space and replaced several pipes. Despite spending more money than I care to admit, the washing machine and the disposal were still backing up even before he left he left the house. I called the office and left a message requesting that the owner contact me so we could figure out how to resolve the situation; however, I did not hear from him. The original plumber called me back. His said that we needed to go through the sheetrock in order to replace the washing machine p valve. He was very dismissive of my concerns and questions. At that point, I no longer had confidence in John's plumbing. I hired another company that correctly identified the problem as obstruction due to tree roots. They fixed the problem within a couple of hours.
