Had an emergency plumbing issue, couldn’t get the water on due to a broken stem on the main shut-off valve. Kendall showed up within 20 mins and was quick to complete the job. Extremely professional, he explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it.

I’ve become accustomed to expecting less when looking to hire a ‘professional’ to work on a problem at my home. I have little interest in trying to do a fix or repair, that I know is beyond me. But some of the ‘professionals’ that I’ve hired in the past make me consider trying to do it. Let me tell you from my first call to John Padilla Plumbing, I knew they were going to be different. They have put the Professionals in charge. What a delight. My call on a Sunday evening was answered by a person. Who essentially triaged my list of things I needed done, and we agreed that everything could wait. The wait was one day and a technician, Mr. Knox, called when I was told someone would call, and arrived when he said he would. He then proceeded to ask me what I wanted and why I wanted it. He made excellent suggestions as to hold off on some things, a downright no on others, and do other things that I had not planned on doing. Mr Knox listened and explained his reasoning. At no point did I feel pressure to go with the extra work. He gave me time to consider and ask lots of questions. After being told a price for all the work I asked ok so when could we arrange for it to start? Mr. Knox told me that two other technicians would be out in the next hour or so. But no more than two hours. The technicians arrived within 50 minutes and got right to work. They were here the entire day, leaving after 5 pm but left everything spotless. There is still one more project to be completed and they are coming back early in the morning. I have rarely felt this comfortable and trusting of someone working in my home. I can’t sing their praises highly enough. What a remarkable organization.

Lendale was incredible, super helpful, assessed the leaks we had, and fixed them extremely fast. He was super friendly and very grateful for his work. He even went above and beyond and cleaned all around the toilet and bathroom to leave the space tidy. Will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues moving forward!

Just recently we had Jose from John Padilla plumbing come out and replace our old faucets for new ones. When we had our first meeting with Jose, he thoroughly inspected our hardware and made recommendations that would help us prevent a future catastrophe. When he gave us the options for the next steps, he was very helpful An informative of each option as it pertains. On the day of the project, Jose came prepared with the tools and confidence that the job will get done. I also appreciated that he made a conscience effort To make the workspace, clean and not messy. When the project was done and needing to do the test runs. He not only did it once or twice, but did it nine times to make sure that there was no leak from the installation. Really appreciated Jose making sure that the job was done properly and assured me of no leaks after he left. Because of Jose’s, knowledge, confidence, and over the above customer service we received. For future plumbing needs we are going to use John Padilla plumbing again.

Top tier professionalism. Kind, informative and honest. The team Micheal and Alejandro gave us numerous options for our plumbing issue and explained the process and answered all of our questions. My wife and I felt the team truly cared and was looking out for our best interest and needs. I am sure they could have convinced us to elect additional possible services but they were very clear with what we needed and didn’t try to over sell us on service. Highly recommend this team if you are looking for a company with integrity and know how.
