Fast, yes. Good work, will see…Punctual, almost made the time he said. Good price, no. I get my original plumber may not have done the work correct, but charging $237+ per hour for a job that required some reprogramming of tankless water heaters seemed to be excessive. This work was in an air conditioned space and was very easy to access. No parts needed. His work was needed, and I just wish I had time for a second quote. He knew I was traveling and I felt he took advantage of the situation. Was terribly rude in text messages, I’m happy to share with anyone who requests.

My boyfriend and I just moved into an older house and some repairs were expected. Jack helped to install a new toilet since we had what looked like an older model in our master bedroom. He was professional, efficient, and gave us a great price. When he was running a bit late he made sure to communicate and if he did have to leave to pick something up he made sure to give a heads up and ETA. We had such a great experience with him that we reached out a few days later to install a waterline for our new fridge. He was even so kind to check out a small garbage disposal leak and make some adjustments free of charge. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking plumber you've found him. JM Pluming done a great job fixing me tube and shower water leaks called them at night and they showed up early next morning to start the repairs. They done a great job.
