Jake The Plumber

Jake's plumber Rick installed new shut off valves in our bathroom and kitchen, and a new kitchen faucet. Our old shut offs were frozen solid. Rick was professional, efficient, and one of the nicest tradespeople I've ever met. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Jake the Plumber for a new water heater after ours went out, and we received an upfront quote for the job after sending in some pictures, which we thought was really convenient as it is hard for my wife and I to take time off our jobs. We are incredibly happy with the service provided and also the product we received for a fair price and quality work. Absolutely nothing has been a straightforward fix in our old house, but Rick was really knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of everything he was doing. He was able to work with the quirks in our home, and was also incredibly helpful in referring us to some other service companies for different issues. My wife and I are not originally from the twin cities and this was our first “surprise repair” since we moved here, so all of this information and experience was especially valuable to us!
