I had an outstanding experience with Jack and Jill Plumbing, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I called, the customer service was top-notch—the woman who answered was friendly, helpful, and quickly arranged for a technician to come out. Jason H., the technician who handled my issue, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the situation and walk me through the different options available. His professionalism, knowledge, and clear communication made me feel confident in the work being done. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Jason is truly an asset to Jack and Jill Plumbing, and his dedication reflects the high standards of this already exceptional company. I’ll definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, honest plumbing work.

Anthony was super fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He replaced our water heater after ours died. The work was done within a couple hours. My only complaint is the price! The Water heater is roughly $1,100 and the Thermal Expansion tank is roughly $50 online. He did replace the venting which was only 3’. Some how my bill reached over $3,400! That’s with a teacher discount. I have no idea what warranties I get if any at all. I have no complaint about the service and efficiency we received. Anthony did a great job! He deserves a big thumbs up. But the price gauging is insane. Pricing is why I couldn’t give 5-stars. It will be very hard to ever call them again for more work. 🤷‍♂️

Jeff completed service at our home today about our only toilet that wasn’t working well. We called last night and were give a next day window from 8-12. Jeff arrived by 9:30 and we were notified by text when he was on his way. The text included his name and photo too. Jeff was professional, polite, dog-friendly :), and explained our three options clearly. We were able to try out the easy and most affordable option first and when that didn’t work, Jeff told us our next options and his professional opinion about what he recommended while clearly communicating about the cost and a this-old-house pop up issue that unexpectedly happened along the way. In less than 4 hours we ended up with a whole new toilet and an annual maintenance checkup plan and honestly… peace of mind that everything is in working order. Jack n Jill plumbing is on our list of reliable home repair companies to rely on now! Thanks, Jeff!!

I was in a bind….both toilets were not working due to a broken pipe and a clog. Jack and Jill sent Matt out the same day that I called. He arrived promptly, accessed the issues and gave me an estimate. Two days later, Matt returned along with Cayden and Donte. It took all day but everything got fixed. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable and left the house super clean. Thank you for such professional service.

They got me in the same day I called. The plumber arrived just a couple hours after I called. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. The upfront pricing was not explained entirely, but I was getting it done regardless, so I wasn't that concerned. Bruce did a great job, and left everything tidy after. He gave me some great advice for following up on the results of the issue as well.
