They were great to work with and professional from start to finish. They were able to come and replace it within 24 hours and gave a reasonable quote, offering explanations and options for different budgets, not pushy at all. Tech, John P., was polite, friendly, professional and communicative, and they did a great job with the installation and clean up after. The best hot water heater replacement company in the area. Our water heater was leaking we thought maybe it could be repaired, but it ended up needing to be replaced. J&R was able to do the installation the same day at a great price.
