Andrew #3247...arrived on time..was professional & respectful of our property...he even said hi to our 115 pound Rottweiler(bonus points for that). He diagnosed the problem, gave us the estimate & went right to work. He fixed the issue & cleaned up after the job was completed. Rotor Rooter is lucky to have such an attentive, professional employee!!! A job well done!!

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. They were able to schedule a same day appointment on Sunday evening. The service plumber - ERVIS - was very professional and provided explanations for what he was doing and what would be needed if the approach didn't work and it happened to be a bigger job. He also provided future easy self-maintenance tips. Overall great experience

I recently had a new kitchen faucet installed, and Heto did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only was the installation done quickly and professionally, but I was especially impressed by the thorough cleanup afterward—everything was spotless when he left. What really stood out, though, was how helpful Heto was in answering all of my questions about a potential future sink replacement. Even though it wasn’t part of the job, he took the time to explain my options clearly and gave me some great advice without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend Heto if you’re looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

Heto was amazing! Very quick arrival. Reassured me about everything along the way. Quickly ran to the store to get the pieces that we needed to fix the leak. Had a wonderful experience. Very clean and organized. Finished the job quickly.
