Initial problem: constant dripping shower. Attempted self-repair and damaged shower piping while trying to remove a frozen coupling on a 44yo Valley single valve shower valve. The fix was extremely difficult and required removing entire valve set through an 8 in opening in tiled shower wall. Mr. Poole was able to accomplish this feat without needing to chip out any tile. He removed the old valve and sweated in a new valve set on copper piping. Replaced shower head and handle. Now looks like a luxury hotel. Amazing! A testament to his highly developed professional skill set developed through years of plumbing experience. We are extremely satisfied with repair. His charges were very reasonable and competitive with other similar businesses in area. He came within an hour of being called and completed the entire job in less than half-day. Easy to work with. Really can’t say enough. He’s at the top of his field. Thank you very much Mr. Poole!!
