A great organization. I called to have a leak from the toilet and the same day a technician came out. Nick was a great dude and got the work done. He was super polite and respectful. Id definitely call them again for future services.

Two AC units went down on one of the hottest days of summer. Quick response, great prices and quality work. Had called other places (we had used A-1 for plumbing in the past, but didn’t realize they had AC service too), about seven of them, A-1 was the only company to reply!! Definitely our go to from now on!!!

John and Zach did an awesome job putting in my water heater. They called and let me know they were 45 minutes out. Showed up, saw what i needed and the explained the process. We agreed, they went to work and completed the job. They showed me how to operate the system. We are very pleased with the professionalism this company had from start (Penny) to finish! Thank you!!!!!

I needed a new main waterline from the meter to my house. I called 6 companies for estimates. Nick and Bryan at A-1 American provided me with the best solution to meet my need. The were even able to avoid trenching through a well-estblished flower bed by suggesting a different entrance into the crawlspace. They show up on time. They worked hard in high heat. They pulled the proper permits and got a quick inspection. Then closed everything up. Couldn't ask for better. 5-stars.

John came to check and see why the pilot light keeps going out on my water heater. He showed me the problem and he fixed it and cleaned up behind himself. So far everything is going good.
