I had water spraying everywhere from my water softener and was in a panic. I called about 10 different plumbing companies and this was the only one that actually answered after hours. Not only did he pick up, but he also took the time to walk me through how to stop the leak over the phone. I was so grateful for the help. Thank you to “the guy” who answered my call!

Ty did a great job of getting my Plumbing tasks completed before the closing of our property. I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place so that the closing went smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I've used Island Plumbing in the past. They have taken care of the issue as I expected. Recently I had some questions. I called and talked to their office manager. She was very responsive and called me back after checking on things and getting answers. Excellent customer service.

They installed a new water heater 3 years ago & charged $795. It went ou recently & wouldn't stay lit. They charged $85 to re-light it & told us dust & lint caused it. When the bill came, I very nicely told them I thought that was pretty high for a 5 minute job. 2 weeks later it quit again. I called & left a message but my call was not returned. When I called again, their answering service advised they were not interested in our business. We called another company. The part that went bad is still under warranty. If you use them, remember not to question their prices. Their egos evidently can't handle that.

I made and appointment to get some simple work done on my house I was selling. The morning of the appointment, I got a confirmation phone call from the plumber stating the time that he was supposed to show up. 2 hours later after no phone call and no plumber showing up, I called the company to see what was going on and they did not know the whereabouts of their plumber....or what was going on. They said they would get in touch with the plumber and they would let me know soon as what was going on. Almost an hour later with no phone call and no in showing up to my house I called the company back and told them to forget it.
