My mother wanted to have her furnace checked and readied for winter, she loves all the techs at McElroys but specifically requested Adam Wagner to come out for this check up. When I asked her why she said Adam takes his time, thoroughly checks everything just like its his own and leaves everything just like he found it with no mess! She enjoys this team and we appreciate their caring service for her. THANKS MCELROYS! THANKS ADAM!!!!

Brian is the absolute best serviceman I have ever had an experience with. Early this year he completely saved us when our furnace went out and it was fridged temperatures. Yesterday I am so grateful he was the on call service person. Our air conditioner was plugged and it flooded our basement. He was incredibly knowledgeable and he made me feel so comfortable. He spent extra time really figuring out the problem. He even cleaned up all the water for me. I highly recommend Brian and we will be requesting him personally to be our service person because he us an awesome person and exceptional hvac serviceman. He deserves a raise. Thanks Brian for coming out so late and helping me.

The first time they came to our house they were great. Latest time we called them out, they charged me almost $250 to tell me that I needed an entirely new system and didn’t even attempt to fix my unit. Got a second opinion and within an hour they had everything up and running. Had they just pulled the cover out, they would have seen that it just needed a good cleaning. Incredibly disappointed at the complete waste of money.
