Marlon was very quick to respond to my Yelp message (literally responded within seconds) and was able to come out the same day to fix two issues - one with the toilet flapper and another with a broken drain stopper. He showed up per the promised time and fixed the toilet issue quickly. For the drain stopper, we needed to order replacement parts from the original manufacturer who had manufactured the whole faucet set. Marlon was extremely knowledgeable about the manufacturer and their policies. He told me that the brand that has manufactured my faucets offers a lifetime warranty and I need not spend money buying the replacement parts. He was also able to recognize the model of the faucet. Based on his recommendation, I called the manufacturer - and sure enough, they are in the process of shipping my replacement parts to me for no extra cost. Once I get the replacement parts, I will be using Marlon’s services again to get the replacement done. I’m happy with Marlon’s service, his responsiveness and with how organized he is. Highly recommend! And I would consider him for my future projects!

We had a massive leak under our bathtub. Integrity sent two guys out to replace all the pipes under and in the tub and shower and the drain too. They worked quickly and the repair is perfect. Highly reccomend them.
