He was professional, courteous, and took the time to walk me through multiple options for resolving my issue. I never felt pressured. Just well-informed and confident in the decisions I was making. The quality of the work speaks for itself, it looks fantastic and was completed efficiently. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled plumbing work.

What an amazing company! From start to finish, I can’t say enough good things. When they say they give back to the community, they aren’t lying! I am the Foster House Coordinator for H.A.R.T.T. Animal Rescue. Unfortunately, our water heater started to leak..not a good thing! We have worked with this great company in the past, so I messaged them right away! I received a prompt reply. We got an appt set up and when William arrived..he had everything he needed on the truck. He didn’t just look for a quick fix, he replaced the whole system. Not only did he replace it, he donated the entire system. Just BLOWN AWAY. I was not expecting that! THANK YOU William & Crystal! Brandon came out to remove and replace my shower cartridge and my leaky hose bib. He did a thorough and fantastic job! I have used Instant Plumbing service at least 7 times. Every single time they’ve come out it has been Professional and they are all knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Instant Plumbing service.

William was our service tech. Timely, very polite, represented your company well. Pricing seems high so I indicated on survey “not certain” of reasonableness. I’ll check with another source for comparison.
