I am beyond happy with Ideal Plumbing and their staff. I have been using ideal for 30 years and they continue to be the best at everything they do. Today I had a tankless hot water system installed and the techs Luciano and Pete worked tirelessly getting everything perfect. Tanner was first on the scene with incredible knowledge and answered all of my questions which boosted my confidence in making the decision to change to tankless. The install is a thing of beauty and the area was cleaner then they found it. I would give them 10 star if I could. An excellent team from start to finish.

Outstanding service. A very quick response which had same day replacement of our water heater. I woke up to take a shower, discovered our water heater had called the quits... water everywhere. Well, long story short. Before sundown I was taking a hot shower with a brand new water heater at an extremely fair price. Tanner Meeks did an outstanding job. Professionalism is obviously a virtue he holds dear. Thank you Tanner, may you never have a bad day fishing!

I called to get a GFCI outlet installed for my dishwasher. They couldn't provide a price upfront, but we set an appointment anyway. On the day, no one showed up, and after multiple communications confirming the appointment, I had to call them to learn there'd been a mix-up. They offered a $50 credit only after I pushed for compensation. When the plumber finally arrived the following week, he couldn't do the job because the old dishwasher was still there, something I explicitly mentioned when scheduling. He quoted $650 for the outlet installation and tried upselling a panel tune-up. Overall, a frustrating experience with poor service and high prices.

The technician Michael arrived at an adequate time, his professionalism and care for the property and knowledge with respect to what the job entailed was perfect I couldn’t be more happier. I will be using this company again for any future electrical services and requesting that Michael K be the technician on site again thank you For sending such an expert to do the job.
