Jelijah. Was an excellent service technician that clearly and effectively explained the situation and fixed our Hvac/Refrigerated air problem. Thank you Jelijah and thank you I-Deal plumbing heating and cooling. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. And they were able to send help a week earlier than any of their other competitors. TLC was almost 2 weeks out from sending someone and I-Deal sent help the next morning. Thank you so much.

Jelijah was an excellent service technician that quickly diagnosed my problem with our refrigerated air cooler. He was also very friendly and able to explain the whole process and how to make my unit work more efficiently while he made the repairs. A big thank you to Jelijah and to I-Deal Plumbing, Heating & AC Repair. I was going to have to go with TLC but I was booked out almost 2 weeks for my service call. And I know it would have cost me ALOT MORE. I-Deal got me help the next morning after I called for help. That alone speaks volumes and sets them apart from there competitors. Anthony, as well as all of the people we met from IDEAL Were just great. Great communicators, friendly, great at their jobs, did all the work on time. We felt they were very reasonable in their pricing. We would highly recommend them as AC/heating installers and technicians.

I will only use I-Deal HVAC in the future. This was my first experience and Kenneth came to my house. He is very professional and kind. He explained everything that he was doing and even showed me parts that were broken. I am highly impressed with the Professionalism and kindness. This is a company. I will trust with future work on my unit.

Had I-Deal HVac IDH out for emergency service over the weekend, Manny came out and got us fixed up with a temporary bypass of a switch to keep us warm until parts shops could open on the weekdays. The office staff was excellent at scheduling and following up with me on Monday and then Ken came out and did EXCELLENT work putting my furnace back into tip top shape! Ken was incredibly thorough and explained why he was doing everything he was doing, even going so far as to clean the return out. I can not recommend IDH enough for their expediency and professionalism, thank you all!
