Kenneth has done work at my house several times now and it has always been a great experience! He is quick, clean, and walks me through any questions I may have. Most importantly, he respects my space, especially my kitty :).

HPS did a great job installing a hose bib in a new location for us. They were able to schedule quickly and were on time Monday morning. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. All was done for a very fair price. 5 stars

Joel came to replace the wax seal on my toilet as it was leaking. He was very communicative about his estimated time of arrival and was very respectful of my space once in my home. He even closed the bathroom door while he worked to minimize noise while I worked.

These guys are exceptional. Between my technician, Joel and Scott at the corporate office, they went out of their way to help me solve my issue. I have a water heater (installed by a different company) that was defective and after less than two years stopped working. Not only did they make it a priority to provide timely service, they bent over backwards to install a temporary solution while I await a replacement. Joel is a stand-up man with high integrity, as is Scott. They are now my provider of choice, and if you need help, call them FIRST!

Replacing a kitchen island and the new disposal dropped right on top of the trap. HPS came out and did the job quickly for less than I'd thought I'd be paying. They're different because Scott came out to give me an estimate and someone else came out to do the work. Most plumbing companies send guys out as independent contractors and they get what they can out of you while on site. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, they also work 24hrs if you have an emergency.
