We’ve used Home Pro twice now for a blocked sewer line and James has been super helpful and very up front about the whole process and cost. He is quick to respond, easy to communicate with, honest, and has solved the problem quickly both times. I've been trying to get some work done on the garage for a few months now: - repiping the water line - redoing the laundry hook ups and drain - cleaning up the water heater/dryer gas line I called about 10 different plumbers and they either didn't respond or quoted me exorbitant amounts. I finally discovered James at Home Pro who not only gave me a competitive price, but was super responsive and came out same day to check it out and give me an estimate. He was also very polite, thorough, honest and realistic about the work that needed to be done. Update: Job completed and quality of work was top notch. He even cleaned up the garage after he finished and took all the trash with him. Added some pictures of the piping after.

James helped fix a shower drain problem which was much more complicated than expected. He was very communicative and explained us everything as the situation evolved.
