Great experience with Courtesy! Connected with Sam on the phone to set up the project (needed to have a whole house water flow monitor with automatic shutoff). He was really helpful and answered the questions I had about the job. Lou arrived at my house on time as arranged. Very communicative and transparent about each step of the project. He worked really fast and efficiently (even provided a discount because he completed the job faster than he expected!). Courtesy Plumbing already offered the best quote for the project. Overall fantastic experience with them, so they will be my first phone call whenever I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Recently had our old water heater swapped out for a new one night and day difference. The old one was pushing 15 years and finally gave out. Installers came in, hauled it off, and had the new one in place in about 2.5 hours. Super smooth process. The new unit heats up fast and holds temp way better. Bonus: it's way quieter and more energy-efficient. They upgraded the shut-off valve and added a proper drip pan and expansion tank something the old setup was missing. Everything is up to code now, which gives peace of mind. The whole job wasn't cheap, but considering the hot water is back and working better than ever, totally worth it. This upgrade along with the new windows from Discount Door and Window should greatly help reduce our monthly electric bill!!!

Excellent as always. Sieg is very experienced, and is always happy to share his knowledge. Along with Jaime, they did a quality install of a heavy duty brass shut off valve. They are the reason Courtesy is my go-to plumbing company. 👍🏼
