Scott and Leo did a great job installing our new water heater. Scott gave us the best quote of three companies. He followed up with timely advice to make sure the diagnosis and install went smoothly.

We discovered when replacing our gas stove/oven that the contractor who is out of business did not correct the placement of our gas line and had drilled a hole in our custom cabinetry to feed the line to the stove twenty years ago. Needless to say this was not to code and they were unable to install my new range. My husband called Black Mountain Plumbing and spoke with Scott, the owner detailing what we needed to be done. Daniel came out and noted that it would take cutting into our cabinet as well as into the drywall. He spoke with Scott who came over with Leo. Daniel deferred to Scott since the work required cutting into our custom cabinetry. Scott performed the repair while explaining what he was doing and why to Leo and Daniel who was assisting by getting necessary tools and parts needed. They needed to watch for any wiring as well which he detailed to them. The repair entailed them moving the gas line from behind the cabinets over about 14 inches to be properly placed where the stove would go. The quality of work was wonderful with Scott verifying no leak at all the joints after assuring the gas valve was working. It is never good to find out that prior work was bad but to have them expertly fix the issue was reassuring. We highly recommend the professional expertise of Black Mountain Plumbing to do the job right.

Today was the first time I used Black Mountain Plumbing. They replaced the hot and cold water valves connected to the washing machine. JR (or Junior) did a great job.
