HEP Plumbing

Today Connor was helpful and very thorough helping with our plumbing concerns. I felt very comfortable asking questions to make sure we were on the same page. Yesterday Rusty fixed some electrical issues in a matter of hours and helped answer other random questions, resolving outstanding issues we've had for years!! Excellent teams and service!!

Josh and Adam did an awesome job!! They were patient and kind .. very knowledgeable and helpful … they came to work on time and tried as best as possible to not to damage my new Sheetrocks… these guys were super and I really appreciate them… thanks Josh and Adam 💕💕

Charlie was awesome with answering my 10,000 questions and let me watch the whole process. He was very respectful and was quick and did a great job. A previous plumber told me I might need to replace my copper pipes but Charlie found the issue and now no problems. Thanks a bunch HEP!

Josh was out today for my kitchen drain that was plugged up. He was fantastic. I told him all I had done to try to clear it, so he knew what he was going to do and completed it quickly and cleanly.

I was given a 1-6pm appointment window. Jacob arrived around 730pm. He said the unit was low on refrigerant and suggested a leak test. He came back and said he couldn't find a leak but that the batteries in his sniffer were dead and he couldn't complete the leak test. He then recommended going ahead and adding refrigerant. He said he added 3 pounds and also recommended cleaning the drain line and replacing the capacitor. I let him do that as well. Total cost was $1366. The unit cooled over night and now has stopped working again. it is 80 degrees in my house. I called and was told that no one could come back out today and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available, and someone would call me. This is unacceptable.
