Hep is on the way

We worked with Jacob Newman and it was fantastic! He spent A lot of time making sure we were able to pick the best option for us and our home! He talked us through all of our concerns and made sure we felt good with our choice in the end! Would work with him again and recommend him to anyone in need!

Jason was super nice to deal with What we are not happy with is the Fluidmaster 400 fill valve installed. They twist to adjust for different tanks. Ours popped loose and pushed the toilet lid up and ran with no one in the bathroom. We just happened to hear water running. I pushed back down and twisted to see if I could get better performance. If this does not work, we are very disappointed with the product. Update: Was able to fix fill tube, everything good! Got follow up call today.

Will Pack arrived on time. He understood that I am deaf and had no trouble communicating by writing on paper for me to read. He inspected the issue on the roof/gutter, identified the problems, and knew what needs to be fixed. He was an excellent, professional technician. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend him.
