John and his crew were Excellant, they did Excellant work , shared what they were doing with me the homeowner which I appreciated as this was one of the most expensive house repairs we have had to make. They took extra effort took not make a mess inside our house. As a follow up we had an issue the day after completion , Heil sent folks out and resolved it immediately for us. Another example of Excellant customer service and backing up of their work !

Chad is an amazing tech and helped with our large project in our new home. We replace an 80 gallon water heater, added a recirculating valve for instant hot water, and replaced 4 toilets and fixed various other issues. He is technically proficient, solution oriented, and does quality work. Will continue to be my by name request for plumbing work.

Heil plumbing is our go-to plumbing company. It's a local business that hires excellent knowledge plumbers. They have helped us several times. They installed all new pipes during the pandemic when we moved into our home and needed to replace the polybutylene pipe throughout our home. They have been back to fix and replace some toilets and to troubleshoot a moisture problem found to be humidity in our home. Excellent customer service and a great service. Robert and Seth have done a great job! Highly recommend.

Joe showed up early, diagnosed the problem and then repaired the leak quickly. I’ve used Heil Plumbing before and always found them to be professional and reasonably priced. Their customer service is top notch. Joe was very friendly and provided an estimate for some follow on work that needs to be done. Make Heil your first choice!
