We recently had our air conditioner tuned up and cleaned, and it's been working so much better! The staff members at Heart of Ohio are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The appointment was was easy to schedule and we didn't wait long for service. The maintenance was quick as well, and overall we had a great experience with this company!

Great company, came out the same day to fix the issue. However, the guy that did the work could have told me prices before conducting work. Apparently the capacitor needed replaced, which I knew it was going to cost $400- $500 but he also replaced an electric wire approximately 2 or 3 feet max and that costed an extra $150. That's the only issue I had. Besides that, good people but communication is key. Notify before replacing.

We had to call for service on our AC. These guys were out to diagnose and make the repair very quickly. Brandon our technician was very thorough, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

They also inform you of your appointment via text, and/or email, depending on how you like to receive notifications. We had Heart of Ohio (Behr’s) install new AC and furnace 3 years ago. Equipment works great, no issues during installation, passed city inspection (inspector specifically called out this company is best to work with) and have been renewing annual maintenance. Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and keep our equipment running smoothly. Very satisfied.
