Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This was my first time using Roto Rooter for a sewage related need (injector pump). My technician, Mike, showed up on time and not long after my call into their customer service center. Mike was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable making for an easy experience considering the situation and my lack of prior knowledge about this type of system. Never fun but good to know I have a reliable service if ever needed in the future.

Frank was excellent. I needed an emergency replacement of my electric water heater. He knew his stuff and explained the whole process very thoroughly, I purchased the new water heater later that evening, and he came first thing in the morning to install. He took great care, finished promptly, and everything is working well. Very nice and personable as well.

Manuel was my technician — he came within my scheduled time to help with a main line sewer clog. He was courteous and easygoing. He explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Some things in the basement needed to be moved around in order to access the pipes. He helped move them and he worked around my cramped basement with ease. He worked steadily and carefully, but at one point, mucky “water” came overflowing out of a pipe, getting on his clothes and body. He took it with a grain of salt and kept solving the issue. He gave important advice and tips. The sewer solution specialist, Johnattan, came to review the issue with us. He, too, was courteous and thoughtful about what needed to be done and what did not need to be done. Neither of the guys pressured me to do more than needed, but they provided resources in the event I want to fix some structural issues down the line. I have a wet mess on my basement floor now, but aside from that (which sometimes happens), the experience was reassuring and I’m grateful to have considerate, knowledgeable professionals like these guys who came and fixed the problem. They came and cleared out my clogged garbage disposal. Super helpful and fast repair. Our technician Franklin was the best!! He educated me on the disposal and was super nice. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!!

I called at 10 am about a clogged drain. By 11:15 am that day Ricardo arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The clog was difficult to get to and he worked diligently to find the problem. He kept me informed all during the process until the clog was eliminated. He cleaned all surfaces and left my sink spotless! I highly recommend this company.
