We’ve been long-standing customers for nearly twenty years. It was time to replace our water heater and we knew just where to call. The estimate was provided the same day that we called to inquire, and installation was a mere two days later. The installation was detailed, the work was proficient. The installers were very nice, took great care removing the old and installing the new. Explained all the additional information that was necessary, and off they went, leaving a neat and tidy area behind them. Professional service, always, thank you!

Another update it is now and of August and I finally have an air conditioner. Very thankful for the technician who came out Jared and Isaiah. I truly seems like they are the only saving grace within that company customer service is still a large problem when it comes to installation team management I am going to give them a two-star based off of my current experience with the technicians and I wish I could give more for them specifically but not the company the company gets a one star as of now still Another update After speaking with Jamie Martin and going through many dodged phone calls and jumping through hoops they state that they are not able to replace anything that carrier won't replace for them 100% . So basically haller will not stand by their own equipment because they don't want to pay to satisfy customers or lose money. I understand no one's in the business lose money but they don't care about any customer satisfaction at all. They will sell you an old unit that they will not even be able to install the following year and will tell you it's brand new even though it runs old air conditioning coolant and is not the new high efficiency that you were told you're paying for. Horrible company horrible place take your money and your time elsewhere hopefully you won't get it such a big headache. I have nothing but negative things to say about this company to every customer or person I ever meet now and in the future. Now we are within a year of our 1-year warranty and our compressor has failed it no longer runs and have had multiple technicians come out and say the same thing where they can't fix my AC or keep my house under 75° when it's only 80° outside I wonder yet again why I pay $15,000 to replace my air conditioning when you can't do the job. With proper customer care and service to fix my problem I would gladly write a new review. $15,000 brand new heating ventilation and air conditioning unit. Sales team was nice and the installers were nice. Until I noticed a dent on my dryer and a footprint where someone was standing on it to fasten wires into the basement rafters. I addressed it with customer service and I have never heard anything back since I have given it quite a long time to see if they would be decent about this incident but they did not care to respond back to me. Make sure you keep an eye on the guys while they're working so it's not to get any damaged personal items
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. While they were able to respond quickly to our service request—one of the few positives—the overall handling of the issue was careless and unprofessional. The first technician arrived without a valid driver’s license and couldn’t even access our gated community. The second technician arrived late, didn’t troubleshoot the issue because one of the mini split heads was frozen (the system has a heating mode). He said he’d send an estimate—but we never received it, nor did anyone from the office follow up. Worse, he failed to identify that the filters were dirty, something our guest later discovered and fixed themselves. After several days with no communication, I had to follow up. A third technician finally arrived and identified a low pressure error—something I had already suspected based on basic online research. At that point, we were told the company doesn’t service Mr. Cool systems, which should have been made clear from the very beginning—either by dispatch or the first tech writing the estimate. To top it off, the second technician never turned the disconnect switch back on, leaving the system completely non-functional for the rest of our guest’s stay. In short: careless diagnostics, poor communication, and a complete lack of follow-through. I won’t be using this company again.
