Hagerman Plumbing and Heating

I have to give a HUGE Thank You to Hagerman’s. Our AC unit stopped working last night and the house hit 80 degrees. Hagermans sent a nice technician who assessed the problem quickly and I have cool air again. They deserve an extra big Thank You because my 91 yr old mother did not have to leave and go to a hotel .

They’ve been awesome to work with after buying an old house that gave me surprises right away. From installing a dryer duct to making sure they fixed issues with the old plumbing so I wouldn’t have any surprise backup/flooding again. They took care of the issues another company couldn’t and were considerate and reassuring throughout the process.

Myles and Jarret installed toilets and hot water tank today. They were awesome and very conscientious of their work performance. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction and cleaned up when they were done. I also had a new HVAC system put in through Hagerman’s a year ago and had the same awesome results with Clay and Rob.

Great people. Got here went straight to work. No issues.

Called at 10am. Was told someone would Be out the same day after 230. No one ever called or showed up. Afternoon wasted waiting. Then they call 3 days later saying someone could come out. Already used another company that will have my business from now on.
