Frank's Plumbing and Heating

Franks’ Plumbers are absolutely outstanding. They had a very nasty job to fix under our home that required removing old cast iron pipes in the ground with only about 2 to 2-1/2 feet of space to dig in. I’m not sure how they could even breathe under there, but they worked for 3 days and replaced the old cast iron pipes that were 2 feet under the ground with PVC. They never once complained and were always courteous.They also cleaned up things well upon finishing. These guys deserve an award!! Thank you Dylan and Mitchell! Amazing work!!

We are very happy with our new walk in shower and new toilet. Orville and Zack were fantastic. They were very clean and respectful. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom. Thanks guys!

Highly recommended. Frank’s Plumbing is wonderful. I have a very old house with grandfathered plumbing from another century—not for the faint of heart. They came on time, were nice, figured out what was wrong and fixed it. It was a real relief for me. I will only use Frank’s in the future.

Secretary who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude!! She does not listen or try to help! The plumbers that came to my house left me with a worse situation then what they came for, and all I wanted them to do was put my sink back the way they found it so I would not have to go several days without being able to use it. She told me how to fix it myself or call another plumber! And then hung up on me! After I finally got her back on the phone, I told her to have the owner call me, but I have never heard from him. I have told my home warranty to never send this company to my house again!

UPDATE: 4/26/25 Owner had reached out and personally brought out my shovel. I do appreciate that and have revised my 3 star to a 4. I wouldn't hesitate to use Franks in the future either. I chose to give 3 stars because I expected my property to have been returned by now. Initially had a pretty good leak coming off the meter towards our home, called and Franks showed up and fixed it. 3 months later, a leak in the very same spot, called for another repair. I had thought it was a bad part installation but it wasn't. They fixed the new and hopefully last leak. However, when the 2 gentlemen left, a shovel of mine was taken, it wasn't located near the worksite, so I find it difficult to think they had thought it belonged to them. Nonetheless, I called and mentioned it to the lady who answered and was told if and when they're out this way they would bring it back. That was March 17th, it's now the 23rd of April. Doubt I'm going to see my $40 shovel anytime soon. Great work, but keep your equipment put away.
