I had called Guy Smith for an install of a new under mount sink and faucet in my kitchen. From the initial estimate and measurements to the two days they were here working so hard to install this sink, they were fantastic. Ronnie and Marvin were the most considerate, professional, and friendly plumbers I’ve ever met, not to mention excellent at what they do. They spent even more time than expected working out how to finagle the new sink I purchased to make it work, and even though it was more complicated than they expected they were able to work magic and make it work, and it looks incredible!!! Highly recommend Guy Smith!!

I actually switched from the company I had to guy smith because they were able to come out immediately and help me. Dom was amazing and patient! Bruce has already messaged me for tomorrow's appointment. Amazing company so far! Very thankful!!!!

Recently had Guy Smith perform a system check and service at our home. Very pleased with the experience. The technician Ezra was great. When he arrived (on time) he took the time to explain his plan, kept us informed as his work progressed, and talked over the results of the service in a professional and respectful manner. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about Guy Smith! We have had a monthly maintenance contract with them for about five years. That gets us a quarterly inspection of our HVAC system to keep it up and running. I have some health issues that make it crucial for the temperature to be regulated, so that's important for us. The maintenance techs have found and fixed numerous problems: The unit had not been working well but we figured it was just overworked in the heat. Nope -- it turned out that some little wire or something was on the fritz. The tech fixed that, and WE GOT COOL. We were like, Hey, the AC is suddenly actually cold! This week, our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon because someone in our Household accidentally snipped a wire to the unit. I called, but they had no immediate openings for repair calls. However, since we have the contract, we got first priority for any cancellations. This morning, they said they'd be out TODAY, Monday, between noon and 2. We were thrilled. This morning they called to say they'd be out even earlier. Phillip was great, fixed the problem, moved the wire so ... someone in my house ... wouldn't mistake it for a weed growing up around the outside unit, and was great. WE ARE NOW COOL AGAIN.

Dom was a delight to work with. He explained what the issue was, what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He made the necessary repairs and finished quickly. I'm glad I decided to work with your company!
