I can’t say enough good things about Gustafson’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing! From start to finish, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Every time I’ve worked with them, the job has been done right the first time and completed promptly. A special shout-out to Mike—he’s an absolute pleasure to work with. His expertise, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such great customer service, but Mike does it effortlessly. Mike and his team were great, efficient and trustworthy. They removed our old swamp cooler, put a new air-conditioner on our roof and put in a new furnace. I was impressed that Mike, the founder and owner, actually led the crew. My wife was impressed how he showed incredible respect for his crew and how they all analyzed and went through a troubleshooting analysis of the installation. They were professional. They not only came on time, they arrived early. We did not have to pay anything until the job was done, and they were completely trustworthy. The price was completely reasonable as well. Plus Mike got along with our dog which was a plus. I don't think you can find anyone better.

I can't say enough good things about Mike the owner of Gustafson’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. From the moment I called, he was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of my cooling issues the very same day. Fortunately, he was able to squeeze me in. I have three refrigerated cooling units that just weren’t doing their job, and Mike quickly diagnosed and addressed the problems. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. Even though he had to leave briefly for another appointment and to pick up parts, he came back after 5 PM to make sure the job was finished and done right. That kind of dedication is rare these days. Highly highly recommend. Mike and his team are amazing. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Larry fixed my swamp cooler and answered all my questions. He explained what exactly needed to be done and fixed it right up! They are reliable and trustworthy and do a good job! I will continue using them for all my plumbing needs!

Mike and the team at Gustafson's are amazing! Their communication, quality of their work, and honesty is second to none compared to the other "big" companies we've used in Albuquerque. They will give you straight talk about repairs and not just try to sell you an upgrade or replacement like a lot of the other companies do. When we remodeled our current house 5 years ago we had mini splits put in for both heating and cooling by another vendor, the system struggled from the beginning, and really would not keep up during really cold or really hot weather. Finally we'd had enough so last year we got Gustafson's to see if they could help figure out what was going on. Mike found and repaired a leak/low pressure situation that has probably been there since the system was installed, he also cleaned all the units and during the last year or so the system has performed so much better. Where it used to struggle during extreme outdoor temps it now performs well, heating great even with outdoor lows down to single digits last winter - and I am writing this on June 15, 2025 with our outdoor thermometer showing 102 degrees and it's cooling perfectly - our old house is cool and comfortable and we couldn't be happier!!! Thanks Mike and team for being reliable and honest and just plain great people, we hope you can keep taking care of us for many years to come!
