I can’t say enough good things about Grabill Plumbing—especially when the weather took a turn for the historic. A record-shattering rainstorm overwhelmed my basement pump, which simply couldn’t keep up with what might’ve been one of the worst rain events we’ve had in well over a decade. The rains were relentless, and the old failing pump had no chance against that intensity. Thankfully, I reached out to Grabill bright and early—and they were at my house by 11 AM, no questions asked. I imagine they were swamped (pun intended) with calls, but they prioritized me nonetheless. They removed the ineffective pump and installed a reliable Zoeller system. Even better, knowing no one wants this mess to happen twice, I upgraded to a second pump with a DC battery backup system—pure peace of mind. Couldn’t be happier with the prompt, professional service and the solid, enduring solution they provided. Highly appreciated.
Grabill is one of the best companies we ever have had working on not only our water heaters, but the heat and air conditioning as well. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful! The 3 workers that installed some shut off valves were very efficient and completed the job well before was anticipated. They didn't leave any trash, and actually left the work area cleaner than when they walked in. They definitely have all my business and I highly recommend Grabill for all your Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling needs!
If you want to be ripped off use this company. They unplugged my disposal into the wrong plug and every time I use my Dishwasher, it would turn the power off. They came out and checked it and tried to say it was something else like it was stuck, and they never even stuck my garbage disposal and charged me for just unplugging and plugging in the disposal into the right plug, they also charged me double of San Francisco prices for putting in a Moen flow system. I called flow and they said that they didn’t need to do what the guy said they did and he said they always do it their way, which cost the homeowner 1000 more dollars and they wouldn’t refund it totally ridiculous. I would never use them again.

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question. I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone. It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed. After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!
