I’ve been a customer for Good Tidings for 4 years now. I’ve been extremely happy to have had some great technicians/plumbers over the years. I recently met Chris and his team today to replace my water heater as a result of the most recent rain storm. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Chris and his team. They were very efficient, professional, personable and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with their work and how kind and patient they were. They answered any and all questions I had. We had Nick today from the company! They came out quick, and he assessed the issue and fixed it within an hour! Chris was able to see that the corrosion on the bathroom drain pipe was more extensive than the area I first noticed. He removed more sheetrock, replaced the copper pipe with PVC, and corrected the pitch into the main line. He was wonderful in explaining the work as he was doing it and completed the repair with the least amount of disruption. I am beyond pleased with the work that was done today. Chris was very friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions. My great experience with Great Tidings will be shared with my neighbors and friends. I have been a customer with Good Tidings for many years now. They have worked in my previous home and my mother’s. I love them for so many reasons. For starters, I love that they send you information about the technician who is coming. Not just the name and a picture, but their hobbies and skills. Also, they are always super friendly. It gives the service quality of a big company, but the family owned customer service. Every last technician that has come into my home has been remarkably friendly, and comes with their own unique personality. From them recognizing me at my new home as an old customer, having a good old Brooklyn NY conversation, to them giving me their full attention despite being exhausted as the answered my questions on projects that have nothing to do with the current job. They are always respectful of my home and my time. The teams are always amazing and professional. I 100% recommend Good Tidings !
