Javi is a courteous, knowledgeable, quality plumber. He quickly assessed what was needed to replace my hot water heater, provided a written quote that listed all of the repairs needed to install the new unit as well as bring the entire setup up to city code, and efficiently completed the work as quoted. He showed us how to operate settings and perform maintenance on the new unit and he thoroughly answered all questions before departing. His assistant, Joseph, kept the work area tidy and made sure the final clean-up was complete.

Very happy with the service. Jessy was the plumber who arrived. He showed up right at my appointment time, in fact I noticed him outside about 10 minutes early. He was professional, friendly, and took efforts to make sure he did not track dirt into the house. Jessy took time to explain what he found and fix the problem quickly. Scheduling an appointment was quick and they were able to accommodate my schedule. The cost was very reasonable and did not feel like I was being over charged. I would highly recommend Jessy and Gladiator.

Gladiator repiped my house a few years ago. There were immediate signs of poor attention to detail such as poor drywall work and un-leveled shower mixer valves. We also had immediate problems with loud noises coming from the tankless water heater they installed, which gladiator eventually replaced an internal part to remedy the issue. The biggest problem, however, is that we’ve had consistent water hammers without any obvious cause. James, the owner or one of the owners, was pleasant to talk to but has been out multiple times to address the hammering but wanted to change out every fixture in the house at the cost of $400 per fixture. We replaced each fixture at time of install, so I and other experts that I’ve paid in referencing note that that is not reasonable. The most likely cause is poor installation, just like the poor installation that is visually evident in the mixer valves and drywall patches. I hope that Gladiator will remedy these issues, especially the water hammers that are driving me crazy. Many guests ask what that noise was after they flush the toilet, etc. If Gladiator can fix the hammering I’ll be very happy to update this review.

The best appreciation is to those who goes extra mile or miles. Javier, also goes by Javi is the man of the show. We got the entire house re-pipe done by Gladiator folks about 2 years ago. They did fantastic job at that time, getting copper repiping and water heater installed. After 2 years, we had water leaking from water heater. Cynthia's office arranged paid visit to us. Javi was the man. He called American Water Heater to figure out warranty. Worked with Cynthia and his boss Brian to find replacement under warranty. They did EXCELLENT job getting water heater replaced under 6 hours. Now what are their extra miles? 1. Shows up in 30 minutes after call (Thanks Cynthia and her team). 2. Javier quickly diagnosed where the issue is. He was also honest that fix would not be possible. 3. Agreed to work with warranty (thank you Javi and Brian) 4. Got the replacement and haul away older one. 5. Javier came back and got it professionally installed. Javier wants to work alone. He is smart and honest. I would call them again and also recommend them any time. I would get their service again when needed.

It was midnight and i recently moved into our condo we own for years and had toilet clogged where the water from the pipes were filling my tub of brand new remodeled bathroom and called homeowner’s association who called many places but no one was able to come midnight and had to wait till morning but couldn’t stand the smell till I started calling out and found Gladiator and not only they were prompt but also very professional and did an amazing job in clearing the pipe by doing the snake method but also recommended plan of action to avoid it to happen again! I would highly recommend Brian and his Team!! Thank you so much for helping! It hasn’t clogged our pluming ever since!😄🙏🤗
