Get Rooter & Plumbing

We hired Get Rooter & Plumbing for a major plumbing project at our home. While there were some challenges along the way, I truly appreciate the company’s willingness to take responsibility and make things right. They ultimately reimbursed us for the additional costs and followed through on their commitment to correct the work. I want to give a special thank you to Randy, who really stood out with his professionalism and dedication. He took the time to carefully inspect the work, explain the issues clearly, and ensure everything was properly resolved. Randy truly saved the day and restored our confidence in the process. In the end, we’re grateful for the way the situation was handled and for the team’s efforts—especially Randy and Javier(owner) to make things right.

This was a large project replacing cast-iron pipes with ABS and epoxy liner. The plumbers had an issue with the liner getting tangled in the main line, and instead of replacing it, used the existing liner. The cement that was dug up to access an entry line was replaced with new cement with a 2 inch lip draining towards the house when instead it was requested to be made level. This is one example where there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication with many of the workers not speaking English. Other times there was just no communication at all and when they left the job site, there were tools left behind, food constantly left out during the week, and it took a couple hours to put things away that had been moved and to clean everything up. On the upside, all the plumbing appears to be working properly and the major repairs of replacing the pipes and running the liner are functioning.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Javier to fix my water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were knowledgeable and professional. Javier quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They worked efficiently and effectively, fixing the problem and turning my water heater back on with ease. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was working perfectly before they left. I highly recommend Javier for any plumbing needs! Plumbing isn’t cheap, but these guys will get you as close to the lowest price as they can and still do immaculate work. They replaced a shower valve and trim kit on our master shower in our condo. They worked efficiently and were very kind/professional. They cleaned up all messes and were very communicative on arrival and completion times! I highly recommend them!
