Every person from Missy and Ben at the main office, Dave in engineering to Roger, Brandon and John on site, all have been phenomenal to work with! Communication is stellar! For many years, Northwest Territory Historic Center (NTHC) had struggled to find a company that would meet our complex HVAC needs. Our system is vast, complicated and unfortunately very dated. GEOSTAR Mechanical never made us feel like we were less of a priority than other large and newer companies. Their employees are knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Geostar mechanical now exclusively services and maintains us full-time year-round and we could not be any better off for it.

The GeoStar team has been great in helping us figure out our heating and cooling issues and are quick to adapt and find solutions. Highly recommend.

Received an invoice almost a month later, very rude over the phone. We went with this company because of the 5 star review but after doing business with them we will not be doing business with them again. Very rude customer service!

They charge up front, take your money for the service, he says he will guarantee the service and don't get it done. Start adding problems on something else just to get your money.
