Fourth of July weekend, no one else in the area answering their “24/7” phone lines, well pressure tank supply line burst and flooded part of my basement… one call to Black Diamond and they answered immediately! Charlie came out to us with a smile on his face ready to help get our water back on and we’re so thankful! Thank you Charlie and thank you Black Diamond!

I had my air conditioner tuned up and Felix P. Did a wonderful job. Kind, courteous, and very thorough. He cleaned the air conditioner and it looks brand new.

Mario was the best in every way. The best install. The best setup and cleanup! The best at telling me how it works and all I need to know to monitor it's operation etc.

We had Nick Br from Black diamond plumbing & mechanical come out this morning to help with a leak in our basement. He arrived so quickly and was really nice. He found the issue that was our water softener and he fixed everything. We are very happy with his work and the company. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Eric was a fantastic technician! He was on time, respectful of our home and dogs, friendly and was happy to answer questions. We had a hiccup after he had left and he was back first thing the next day to fix it. Great experience 👍🏻
