After calling about 5 different spots in the area I finally got a kind voice on the phone! Bob and Collin were very helpful with installing my new dishwasher. Kept me updated through the process and did a good job. So far so good! Thank you!

Tom and Pat installed a PRV (pressure reducing valve) and expansion tank for us. They did this after I learned that water pressure to my house would soon increase and the increased pressure might cause problems. They finished the work in less than two hours and did a nice job.

I first "met" this company in 2010 after two other plumbing companies were unable to resolve a sewer issue and couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Winston himself (may he RIP). He was promptly able to tell me how the sewer pipe was oriented toward the street -- and even details on who built my house, what the person did for a living, and other interesting unexpected details. AND he dispatched a crew that was able to solve the problem promptly. After Mr. Winston's untimely passing I was unsure whether things would be the same. As I just told Tommy at the office, I think Mr. Winston would be very proud of how things are going. I have had "the lads" (as Dick might have called them) to my house for two not-insignificant projects since -- they appear when they say they will, exceed my expectations for thoroughness, charge the quoted price (or less), and are outstanding in every respect.

On Thursday afternoon, I called to have my hot water tank looked at. Around 0800 on Friday, I received a call from Bill letting me know he was coming in to look over my hot water tank which was NOT producing much if any hot water for the last couple weeks. Less than two hours later, I had a new hot water tank and hot water again. Thank You.

I'll NEVER call another company for service. I needed some work done and GW was the only company in the city that didn't try and over charge me. I won't get into specifics but GW did the job , did amazing and exactly what I asked for AND did it for a fraction of the cost . This is the only place that didn't make me feel like they where out to rip me off. Not only that I had a heating issue recently as well , GW sent a guy over and they fixed the problem fast . Thank you G.W . I appreciate people like you all very much 🦾
