My A/C was not cooling and leaking from the inside unit. George H Burns sent someone within 24 hours and fixed my A/C. The service man was very professional and great service.

From the moment I contacted them when I noticed my air conditioner was not working the customer experience with them was phenomenal. They are family owned company who ensures their communication with the customer is seamless and runs smoothly. They came on the day they set up the appointment between the hours they scheduled me, Ray the technician looked at my unit showed my husband it was leaking explained exactly what was occurring with the unit. Gave us two options his was very knowledgeable and his opinion In the direction we need to go. He came on Monday later in the day, we got our proposal on Tuesday and by Thursday Matt and TJ were installing our new unit they were very personable and knowledgeable. Sabrina in the office was wonderful to work with as she keeps you updated throughout the steps from the proposal all the way to the installation and even followed up when it was done. I would recommend anyone sho needs a unit to support George H Burns for all your AC and Heating needs.

I have used George H Burns for the past 25 years. The previous homeowner had both heater and A/C installed by them. Highly recommend, and they do honor the warranties.

Driving on Lancaster Ave in rush hour traffic (1/12 7:30ish) light rain the driver of this van Accelerated and cut me off from the right lane. I had to slow down and stop from being hit. I could see him make two more aggressive Lane changes
