Daniel Ahuatzin was assigned to handle a few of my plumbing projects. He called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the scheduled time. We reviewed what needed to be done and he recommended some updates to existing conditions. He explained what needed to be done and completed them all to my satisfaction. He was professional and communicative.

Joan Leyva did a great job in replacing our old water heater with a new Genteel water heater. He was very professional and very informative. He broke down the water heater prices and even explained thoroughly the different warranties they offer. We were very pleased with his service. Daniel from Genteel was here within an hour, helped me call insinkerator about my warranty, and then he fixed our garbage disposal. I am totally impressed and I wish I could give Genteel 6 STARS!
