Gem City’s plumbers were on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They patiently gave answers to my many, many questions and fixed our bathtub drain issue. So happy it works now, thanks Gem City!!

We needed to have the main shut off valve replaced due to old age. The old valve was leaking and we wanted to replace it so no future leaking occurred. We are attempting to get some interior work done in the basement and getting the plumbing fixed was the first priority. We called several plumbing companies to get estimates. Evin was first to arrive and give us an estimate, the second company came out and said we needed to replace everything to the street shut off, wanting to charge us an arm and a leg, and the third company said they needed to reschedule. We decided to go with Gem City due to Evin's prompt and honest response with the quote, and not trying to up charge us into something we didn't need. Evin came today advised us on what he was going to do, told us every step of the way. After the work was completed, he showed us what he had done and returned our services back on.
