I had a water leak and was expecting to pay thousands of dollars to replace the main water line. Gary came out to my house promptly and assessed the situation, was honest on what I needed, and fixed the situation at a affordable cost. He did not try to up sale me on anything and and saved me thousands of dollars. He even informed me how to fix the problem on my own if I wanted to save money. If you are looking for an honest local plumber dedicated to their job, I would utilize Gary. Having an older house, im glad I will be able to call Gary if problems arise in the future.

One of those rare traits these days. Honesty - bought a new house and asked Gary to change the filters on the water softener- he came out checked my appliances and told me the filter is good as he changes it just 6 month ago or a few weeks before I bought the house - he could have easily changed it and I would have never known ! I have used Gary the Plumber on two occasions both occurring on the weekend with excellent service and pricing. They responded with great haste in my time of need. The first, was for an emergency after accidentally breaking a nozzle connecting ice machine to water line. They showed up in a rush and were very knowledgeable and honest about the problem and resolved it quickly. The second time was less of an emergency, and even after they had experienced other emergency calls in the day, still called and showed up after 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening to take a look at my issue. After checking it out, explained to me that this was an appliance issue and guided me to appropriate people to talk to resolve it.

Gary was awesome. He was able to come the very next day and locate the source of my problem and fix it immediately. He came last year for another issue and was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Gary saved me a lot of money after I was told the job was going to be thousands of dollars. The other companies wanted to replace my water heater because it was 10 years old. Gary explained that a repair would suffice and because I had a water softener that my water heater probably has a few good years left in it. Gary was able to address the situation with a minor service call. Highly recommend.
